Requirements:

• All dogs must be at least six months of age or older. 

• All dogs must be spayed or neutered. 

• All dogs must be vaccinated against Rabies, Distemper, Parvovirus, Bordetella and, Canine Influenza (H3N2/H3N8). Proof of documentation is required. 

• All dogs must have a negative fecal exam result within the last six months. We will require a new fecal exam result every six months once your pup is enrolled. Proof of documentation is required. 

• All dogs must be cat and dog-friendly. 

• All dogs must be microchipped. Proof of documentation is required. 

Our enrollment process is just four simple steps: 

1. Health Status Review. Obtaining each pup’s immunization records, which will need to have clear expiration dates for each vaccine. 

2. Behavioral Assessment (BA), or a temperament test, which each pup must attend prior to having any services rendered. 

3. Admittance Forms, which we will require to be completed by you, or each pet parent, if there are two pet parents. 

4. Mandatory trial day of daycare. Attending a mandatory trial day of dog daycare, which will allow your pooch time to familiarize himself/herself.
