Booking / Reservations

It is recommended that you book at least 72 hours in advance to ensure that we can accommodate your request. A Late Accommodation fee of $15.00 will apply when booking any service with less than 24 hours’ notice. Please remember that any requests sent after 7:00pm on weekdays and 5:00pm on weekends will not be seen until the following day. Please keep this into consideration when booking your pet’s services, to avoid any Late Accommodation fees.

Check-in / Checkout

All pets are required to have a check-in and checkout time for all reservations. Reservations booked on the customer portal without check-in or checkout times will be declined. To add a check-in and checkout time to your reservation, you must select a time from our available times on the services page (second page) of your reservation request. If you are running early or late to your reservation, please call us so we can accommodate you in between our other clients who are arriving at their reserved times.

How Boarding Pricing is Calculated

Boarding begins the moment your pet has checked in for a boarding reservation, regardless of the time your pet checked in. This means that you will pay for a full day of boarding, regardless of the time your pet checked in. A new boarding cycle begins everyday at 11:00am, which means you will be charged for a new day of boarding each day your pet remains in our care. 
Example: If you drop your pet off Friday at 6:00pm for a weekend long boarding, and you pick your pet up on Sunday at 10:30am, you will only be charged for Friday and Saturday. However, should you decide to pick your pet up anytime after 11:00am, you will be charged for boarding your pet on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.

Checkout Policy

Pets in our care can only be checked out of a service when they are physically handed off to a pet parent or persons authorized by the pet parent. We do not believe it to be unethical to check your pet out of one service and into another without your physical presence.

In regards to adding daycare on the last day of a boarding reservation, we are more than happy to have your pet stay after 11:00am. You will be charged for a additional day of boarding as your dog will be staying in our care past 11:00am.

After Hours Service

The After Hours Service is available for pet parents that cannot pick up their pet(s) within our business hours (7:00am - 7:00pm). The After Hours Service is only available Monday to Friday, and is unavailable on weekends. The After Hours Service provides an additional 15 minutes, at an additional cost of $15, once Wiggly World is closed, to pick up your pet before a boarding charge is applied. To utilize the After Hours Service, you must call us prior to 7:00pm. The After Hours Service's additional 15 minutes is strictly enforced. Any pet utilizing our After Hours Service, will stay the night for boarding if he/she is not picked up by 7:15pm. If you request the After Hours Service and do not pick your pet up in the allotted 15 minutes, you will be charged for the After Hours Service and one day of boarding.

Cancellation Policy

Canceling a daycare reservation without 24 hours notice will result in a charge for that visit (a membership credit will be deducted or you will not receive a refund if you are paying the non-membership daycare rate).


You will only receive 50% of your total boarding cost back, as store credit, if you cancel a boarding reservation with 7 days or more notice.


You will be charged 100% of your total boarding cost if you cancel your boarding with less than 7 days notice.

Payment Policy

Payment is required at the time of booking a reservation request, unless you have a membership as you have already paid for that membership upfront. Reservation requests that have not been paid for at the time of booking will be charged to the clients card on file, before they are confirmed.

Late Requests

We do allow clients to book with less than 24 hours notice. Please note that we cannot guarantee availability with less than 24 hours notice. A Late Accommodation Fee of $15.00 will be charged for any reservations made with less than 24 hours' notice.
